In 2020, Joseph DeLeon had a dream to create a food trailer serving up the best chicken wings in Midland TX. Right there, Buffalo Jo’s was born.
In less than two years of serving delicious chicken wings, truffle fries, and more, Joseph joined forces with Ivan Ferrer to take Buffalo Jo’s to the next level. Together they opened their first Buffalo Jo’s location at 106 S A St in the heart of downtown Midland Texas.
